Working with me

I have many years experience of working as a consultant and subject matter expert in Employee Engagement, Transformation and Organisational Development. More recently, in addition to working as a consultant, I have started to offer Coaching and Digital Courses in these subjects. This is so that I can find that balance between offering bespoke services through coaching and consulting, while at the same time expanding my reach through Digital courses.

Coaching

I genuinely believe Coaching can be one of the most powerful tools to help individuals unlock their full potential, and empower them to become their true, authentic selves. Whether you are a manager, leader, HR professional or team member - and whatever stage in your career you find yourself, coaching can be an incredible way to super charge yourself forward. Not only interms of your career ambitions, but also (and maybe most importantly) as a human being! Find out more about the Coaching I provide below. I only work with 6 individuals at any one time, so if you have questions, you can book a free discovery call first, too.

 

Digital Courses

We have three signature Engagement Made Easy™ courses that we run monthly on a rotating basis. These are Transformation & Internal Communications, Employee Engagement and Organisational Development.  In each of the courses you will receive the valuable tools and resources you need. We will answer your questions, discuss your current initiatives and issues and help you set implementation plans for your going forward.

  • These programmes are for those that are just starting out in HR or as a manager and want to learn more about Transformation, Employee Engagement and Organisational Development. You want to understand why it is such an important (and ‘magic’) ingredient for successful organisations around the world and how you can make this a reality for your team.

  • Or, you are a seasoned professional, but need some extra 'hands on deck' and want to be part of a community that is supportive and holds you accountable, as well as giving you access to practical tools.

    • we will arrange 5 calls over the space of two months

  • 90 day intensive

    Bundle of 12 coaching sessions perfect for those who want longer term or on-going support to work through issues with and have an accountability partner
    Valid for 3 months
    • 15 minute initial chemistry call
    • 12x 60 minute coaching calls
    • 1-on-1 support to work through specific issues
    • development of a bespoke action plan
    • post coaching accountability check ins

  • Individual Coaching session

    150£
    Perfect for those needed some one-off support or to kick-start their transformation
    Valid for one month
    • 15 minute initial chemistry call
    • 1 x 90 minute coaching session
    • development of specific actions to implement
    • follow-up accountability email
