The Wheel is made up of different 'spokes' that each focus on a particular Engagement Topic – if any of these are ‘out of sorts’ in your organisation, you will be experiencing a bumpy ride! You know what you want to implement, but you don’t have the time (or the inclination) to create different resources from scratch. Or maybe, you just want some inspiration.
Step 1: You work internally with the part of the organisation that you want to support and have understood the issues that need addressing. You identify these topics in the Engagement Wheel™
Step 2: You access the resources that you need and then customise them to suit your organisation’s culture (insert your logo and branding; adapt the formatting and language to suit)
Step 3: You roll the activities out in your organisation. We will check in with you 1 month after you access the resources to find out how you are getting on (because scheduling an update increases the likelihood of something getting done to 95%)
