Cheryl has 15 years HR experience, directing and supporting organisations with an array of leadership and people issues. Formerly a HR Director in the NHS, Cheryl now collaborates and works with large and small organisations across the private, public and independent sectors. She focuses on supporting Chairs, Chief Executives and Workforce Directors to improve the performance of their company through their people. 

Cheryl has an MSc in Effective Leadership from Manchester University and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development as well as a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. Her recent work in the NHS has been recognised by the Healthcare People Management Association.

Sarah became a Licensed Practitioner of Motivational Maps® in 2015, to help people to find out what motivates them and, importantly, give them strategies to maintain and improve their motivation. She works closely with schools and with parents/guardians to support children and has a special interest in supporting children and adults with special educational needs.
