I have worked in the private and public sector, in both local government and the NHS, helping teams and leaders to improve performance through OD and transformation, re-build dysfunctional teams and increase engagement. I have always been passionate about helping others and implementing OD strategies and employee engagement best practice are the perfect way for me to do that in a meaningful way in the workplace. We all spend so much of our days and lives at work, so that time should be as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
