With a background in culture change, employee engagement, and one‑to‑one coaching, my work centres on empowering individuals and teams to grow with clarity, confidence, and integrity. Whether I’m supporting a leader navigating change, a team rebuilding trust, or an individual facing imposter syndrome or a career crossroads, my approach is grounded, practical, and deeply people‑centred. I believe in continuous growth, kindness, and the quiet strength that comes from valuing diversity and leading with heart. My role is to offer tools, insight, and support that help you thrive — at work and in life — in a way that feels authentic to you.

About Me

I’ve always believed that work should feel good. Not perfect, not effortless — but meaningful, energising, and human. Early in my career, I learned how far reality can drift from that ideal. I spent years in environments where pressure was high, trust was low, and “engagement” was little more than a buzzword. I know what it’s like to feel disconnected, to doubt yourself, and to wonder if work is supposed to feel this heavy.

Everything changed when I joined a team where trust, support, and genuine connection weren’t just talked about — they were lived. The difference was transformative. I felt stretched, encouraged, and able to grow in ways I hadn’t imagined. That experience showed me what’s possible when people feel valued and safe to be themselves. And it set me on the path I’m still on today.

Over the years, I’ve worked across the private and public sectors — from Accenture and global clients like Unilever, to local government, the NHS, and the national Engage for Success movement. I’ve supported leaders, teams, and organisations through change, uncertainty, and growth. And time after time, I’ve seen the same thing: when people feel connected, trusted, and engaged, everything shifts. Teams come back to life. Individuals rediscover their confidence. Work becomes a place where people can thrive

My approach is simple: practical tools, grounded insight, and a deep belief in the power of human connection at work. I’m not here to overwhelm you with theory or add more to your already full plate. I’m here to make engagement easier — with resources you can use straight away, and coaching that meets you where you are.

Alongside my culture and engagement work, I now offer one‑to‑one coaching for individuals who want clarity, confidence, and direction — whether in their career or their wider life. Many of my clients come to me at a crossroads: navigating imposter syndrome, feeling stuck, or sensing they’re ready for something more but unsure what that looks like. Coaching gives them the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who they are and what they want. It’s powerful, practical, and deeply human.
